Refund:

Each Ticket Change/Reissue/Cancellation, Travel Business Portal will charged TK 100 Each person per sigment. And we will refund after deducting the actual refund amount from the airlines. Refund only provided when the airlines make their payment to Travel Business Portal. Travel Business Portal is not liable to provide any refund before airlines made the refund.

Note:

Unless the refund will be done from the airlines, refund amount is not adjustable with the current bill cycle. Travel Business Portal can not disclose the actual refund amount before the airlines provided. If any amount is disscussed with any representative, Travel Business Portal is not responsible for that.
